EV/Hybrid ($649) includes everything in Complete plus professional EV battery and charging system diagnostics.

If a shop already told you something needs fixing and you're not sure about the diagnosis or the price, I come out, look at the car, and give you an honest take. I don't do repairs, so there's no upsell. Just a straight answer on whether the work is actually needed.

Yes. If your check engine light is on or something doesn't feel right, I can pull codes and trace the root cause. Diagnostics is a standalone service. It may require removing components for access, so it can't be combined with a pre-purchase inspection. You don't have to be buying a car to book this. I work with current owners too.

Yes. I read battery health on a wide range of EV and hybrid models using professional grade diagnostic equipment. Coverage varies by model and year, so ask before booking.

Not yet supported by my diagnostic equipment. I'll be honest about limitations and can recommend specialists for those brands.

SOC (State of Charge) is the current battery level, like a fuel gauge. SOH (State of Health) shows the battery's remaining capacity compared to when it was new. SOH is the critical number for used EV buyers because it determines real world range.

A worn battery means less range and a big bill later. Knowing the real number before you buy puts facts on your side.

I come to you. I inspect at the seller's location, dealerships, your workplace, or anywhere within 20 miles of Denver. Extended service up to 50 miles available with a travel fee.

Absolutely. Many buyers prefer to watch and ask questions during the inspection. You're welcome to be there, but it's not required.

Most sellers are fine with it. If one won't allow it, that tells you something. It's your call.

Yes. I set it up with the seller, inspect the car and send you the report. Then we go over it on the phone. There's a page on the site for out of state buyers with the details.

No payment when you send the request. Once you are scheduled I send an invoice. Payment is due before the inspection.

You get a full refund. If the seller cancels for some other reason, I reschedule at no cost.
